"Los Angeles-based, Texas-born glass designer Alison Berger has added thisMirrored Pendant Chandelier for her collection. Inspired by mercury glass and the outlines of the complex Baroque chandeliers, the chandelier with mirror combines these two aesthetics in a contemporary way. To get the mirror effect, Berger uses a technique by which oxidizes colored glass in the glass surface, resulting in a mirror effect of sterling silver, which when lit, it glows red. The apparatus consists of twenty-glass pendants in different heights from 6.5″ – 8″. Brushed nickel hardware adds another layer of ornamental detail of the piece. The prototype of this lamp is currently available in the Holly Hunt showroom in Miami."
